tried looking around haven't really found the answers im looking for. im currently looking to upgrade shocks and springs but i honestly prefer Bilstein over OME any day just based on first hand experiences. only problem is can i use OME lifted 1.25" springs with the stock length blisters?

Bilsteins rear 17.89" OME rear 18.81" extended. compressed size are almost exact?

would that 1" shortness in the bilsteins be noticeable or affect anything?

You will be just fine, especially if your rear sway bar is still hooked up to limit flex. Or you can read one of the recent threads on the perfect length kyb shocks for those OME springs and be ahead of the game.

thanks for the info, man id actually like to consider the monomax but lately I've been reading negative feedback like "they're leaking at 5k miles or being blown out under 10k". i have personal experience with my dads work truck an 08 tundra trd with the stock blisteins and those things can take a beating. i hit rough dirt roads at 50mph with 400lbs in the bed atlas 3 times a week and they're still running great.

but then again i can buy two sets of monomax for one set of bils. any part number on that ideal kyb for the ome spring? i tried looking for the post you mentioned but was not in luck
