I've never had any issues with the Mitsu LSD being 'loose'. I've had the opportunity many times to do a 2-wheel burnout with the turbo Mighty Max and my gutless Raider.


I know my gen I v6 LSD was very tight aiding me through the 'con and only requiring a couple of straps to get through. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

If the clutch plates are toast though I would imaging they could be replaced or rebuilt.
