Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hi Folks -

Did a search and came up empty - I'd like to convert my wiper arms from the flat end to a "J" in order to use more readily-available replacements. I see a couple of different adapters on Amazon, but thought I'd check here before ordering. Any advice?

Danke -

John

John,

Most of the replacement wiper blade assemblies these days come with various plastic attachments to adapt to the ANCO and other wider arm manufacturer's pieces. The flat end with the button simply slides into the adapter piece and you're done.

Unless you find a patient parts guy, say at a NAPA, most of the OTC auto parts stores will not likely help you find if a replacement arm style is available.

De nada,
Russell

Hi Russell -

Agree, and that's what I was expecting when I ordered from Amazon. No adapters included, though, so I either need to double up, or buy the adapters separate.

I need to call you sometime soon to catch up -

John

See Figure C. All the kits I've seen come with these parts.
