You have the engine out, so replace the rod and main bearings. You'll hate yourself if the oil pressure drops when it's hot because of worn bearings. You might even consider a new oil pump. My engine had 215,000 miles on it when I pulled it for low oil pressure and burned valves. When I opened it up I found the engine had previously been rebuilt. It failed because the PCV system was plugged solid and the engine sludged up to the point of plugging the oil intake screen and starving the bearings. I'm going to relocate the PCV valve from under the intake plenum to be able to service it easily.
