So a little over a year ago my 94 Montero SR died on me on the side of I-40 somewhere in Oklahoma. Had a buddy that lived there and he was trying to sell it but he passed away unexpectedly so I had his wife ship it to me in NC and it's now parked at a different buddies house till I can get it road worthy enough to bring to my house.

I suspected that my issue was probably the fuel pump so I bought a replacement from Napa but upon trying to install it I noticed 2 things that stopped me. The first is that there is a fair amount of rust on the pressurized line coming out of the tank. The second is that the coupling between that line and the flex line going under the rear brace seems to be buggered up so that no amount of effort or PB Blaster seems to have resolved. The line coming out of the tank also appears to have been bent and/or has a kink in it near the rusted area.

Bottom line is at this point I'm thinking I need to consider just replacing the hanger assembly that holds the pump because even if I figure out how to get the current unit out I suspect it is compromised.

I can't find the part number for this in ASA and I'm not having much luck searching for a replacement though I found a piece on eBay that they wanted $300 for (!?). Does anyone happen to know what the part number is for this piece and where I might be able to acquire one?
