So quick and easy, hopefully. Is their a brand to go for or avoid?
Anyone know why this one is 120 more then the next one on rockauto?

Oh, My main fan has cracking between the blades, looks like the PO epoxyed the cracks, but was looking for a replacement. Rockauto doesnt list it at all.

Rock Auto also doesn't list head bolts for the 3.5 DOHC. Kinda makes you wonder what's up with that.

Anyway, every fan I've seen for the 94-96 DOHC 3.5 has those cracks you're talking about. Mine does too. I've not heard of one coming apart, though, not to say it won't. The only source is a dealer.

I haven't ever replaced my head gaskets (180K miles), but I think if I did, I'd go OEM. I have had good luck with aftermarket stuff, though, and I have used Victor Reinz stuff successfully in the past, just not for this application.

Sorry for the length of time until a reply. It wasn't always like that here...

I like Fel-Pro. I think you can get away with a cheap gasket set, then spend extra $ on quality head gaskets.
