For what it is worth here is what I remember from doing a 3" BL my 87 2.6 swb with leafs in rear so yours might be more involved.

I didn't have to lengthen the shifters but did add a custom knob to the t-case shifter for added height.

The radiator or shroud will need to be modified for proper cooling, if you move rad up the hoses might reach. Not sure how involved it will be, I need to do to mine now that the weather is warming.

I extended my fuel filler hose with a section of exhaust pipe, but I believe some people have moved the tank up.
