That's good to hear! The emissions part, too!

I want to do the big Sport before I start the build on the '99 build so I know what is involved. I was looking at swapping the box for the Saginaw Bronco or Scout box - which are supposed to be stronger than ours - but it sounds like maybe I can stick with the stock box since it looks like the hydraulics take a lot of the stress off the steering box.

I haven't talked to Howe yet, but it looks like they will redo the OEM steering pump for hydraulic assist. From what I re-read off this thread and other forums, that shouldn't be that big a deal. I plan to use a 1.5" cylinder. I don't need much assist with the 35"s - mostly I want to take the stress off the box.

Glad to hear it passed emissions. What was holding that up?
