hey I was wondering if anyone could tell me what gear ratio an 85 4x4 pickup has? thanks alot!

What does your driver side door jamb say? I need the "Axle Code" on the the tag to know. I also need to know if it's 4x4 or 2wd. I need this info, because depending on make/model/type, you can have from 3.27 to 4.375. The code should say CA## (example: CA41 means you have the C200 rear axle, with 4.111:1 diff gears).

its a 4x4, st model i think. Its my friends truck so next time i talk to him i will check the door jam.

Any luck? More than likely u have 4.11. That's what most Datsun/Nissan 720 series trucks came with.
