01 pathfinder misfiring

Intermittent misfire. Happens at idle and around 2500 rpm. Can coils cause intermittent misfires. The coils all test good with ohm meter. The nismo forum says yes, they can test good but still be bad. I am going to test the wiring from the computer to the coils next. Fuel system has been gone through with a fine tooth comb every thing checks out. The only code it is throwing is random multiple misfire. I don't want to just drop $300 for coils. Please share your thoughts.
