Anyone interested in a dune run May 3? I'd like to go to Juniper, but not sure if the access issues have been worked out or if the place is even worth driving to. We've had fun at Beverly dunes before so no scouting is required. We can play in the sand awhile, exercise articulation and hill-climbing at the rutted area, and run some trails on Sentinel Mtn. It would be a good shakedown run for those going to ZuZoo.

To make it easier for any folks coming from the South (hiway 18), we'll meet at the North Bend McDonald's at 8:55, head out at 9:10. McD's is just across from the N.B. Factory Outlet Mall, Exit #31 off I-90. 2+ hours from there to Beverly. There's "food" and air a mile from the dunes.

Hey, If my radiator is back, I'm in. Do we need flags, and or permits? OHV? land use? I can't remember what they call it now.

Juniper Dunes is a state desingnated ORV, and I now know the proper way in.

At Beverly, sand flags are not required, but are a good idea. Never been to Juniper.

Does the majority like Beverly or Juniper? Sound off!
