Take hiway 26 off I-90 to hiway 243, skirting the river. Look for the "ORV Park" sign, then go east 1 mile to the dunes. Gas, food, and air available 1 mile from the dunes. Sand flags required, but no permit.

Thanks, Truman, for the tip. But I think I'll take you up on the offer to pickup one of the breakdown ones, Kary. That's a perfect thing to spend birthday money on! Will I need anything special for putting in onto the rig?

This sounds like a really cool time. Are there any pictures available to view of these sand dunes? Perhaps I can talk my wife into a little offroad fun. Big Blue, will you be there?

I WILL be there with bells on, unless my radiator doesn't show up - 99% sure it will come today, so I'm not worried. Don is comming down from BC also.

CRAP, Unless there is a miracle, I'm out! I just got off the phone with my radiator guy, and he is set to ship tomorrow!, but getting it by even friday is out.
