I guess I drive slow and safe enough in those conditions that I wouldn't select it if I had the choice to buy one or the other. Maybe I would, I don't know. Probably not if it were considerably more. I'm sure the price difference is nill, all else being equal, for the years he's looking at. Sure, I use it since I have it, but I don't need it. That is why I said "personally."
