Hey that's a serious possibility guys I think I have my bud with the digital camera (video) talked into coming with me! He's an awesome photographer (just got 3rd in a national phot contest, has done MANY MANY mag covers, etc.), and we have all the software etc. we'd need on our laptops to make DVDs at very litle cost. I hope we can do it and at least send 'em to some of the guy on this site that would be interested

Chris is right. You want to come in from Sweetwater on I75

From Sweetwater, TN- Take Hwy 68 East at exit #60 off I-75 to Tellico Plains, TN. Just past the Hardee's restaurant in Tellico Plains (last chance for gas), turn left onto Hwy 165, which leads through downtown. Once through downtown, the Tellico River comes into sight. Turn right onto River Road and from this point on, always follow the river! Follow the signs to Bald River Falls .If you do not see the river for a few hundred yards next to the road; you have made a wrong turn. Most roads beyond Tellico Plains are not well marked. Bald River Falls can be seen on the right when passing across a bridge. Continue to follow the river and you will eventually come to the infamous Green Cove Motel. If you happen to get lost, ask a local for directions to Green Cove. The TN/NC state line is about 5 minutes past the motel hris is right. Exit at Sweetwater.

No, I'm going to be coming in from Fontana Village I'm staying there for 10 days to do some mountain biking...just hitting Tellico for a little trail driving while I'm there.

YOu going to hit Psali? If not, make sure to make a run up there. The trails are great!

Hey Wareagle! Yeah, I usually hit Tsali at least one day and ride whichever 2 trails are open that day...the last couple years we've been riding more in the Pisgah area, and over at Dupont...We like the big climbs/downhills and techical stuff...but it's hard to beat Tsali for just flat out FAST single track

well, only 2 more weeks to go ... from the headcount it looks like as many as 20 rigs could show, but only a handfull have declared they're coming no matter what ... me, i'll be there rain or shine unless there's a death in the family or my rig explodes on the way there

my friend Peter the Turk is thinking about coming as a passenger ... by the way, that's him driving last December in the Tellico pic in my signature it was his first time wheeling offroad

had an '88 Montero, then an '04 Rubicon ... sold 'em tho

Count me in as one of the "No Matter What" crew...I'm leaving Ohio Thursday morning and will arrive in NC lat that night. So barring any unforseen "uglies", we'll be there early on Sat. morning. It's looking like I might end up having a TRUCK LOAD of people. One of my riding partners from up here (A chick no less:P), my photographer bud for here, and 2 friends local in NC are all saying they're gonna go now! LOL Guess I'll have to put my jump seats back in!

i'll be solo this trip, so i'll have room for a passenger (or two) if need be ... they can learn how to work the handheld CB, the winch, and the recovery strap, how to stack rocks and clean mud off themselves slung upon them by my 33 Swampers while they innocently keep their windows open during the southern humidity
