jason,
the more the merrier I appreciate you taking the initiative to spread the word

it's difficult to keep the enthusiasm up for six weeks, but Tellico is well worth it ... my fellow Montero wheeler has been dreaming about Tellico for several months! we both can't wait

had an '88 Montero, then an '04 Rubicon ... sold 'em tho

Ray: too soon to commit, but I'll try. Wife is expecting around the 10th. I may be able to swing an "in state" trip by then. Mark

here's a link to some pics I took last summer during a 4x4wire group run at Tellico (it was my first time there and I was on 31s) ... enjoy!

ray, i was just looking at your pics from that link.
there is a crazy looking vehicle in two of the rock garden pics. looks like one of those golf cart MULE type things. anyway, we saw him up there last weekend. cool guy.
its a 50 something air force jeep. a ford jeep. said it had 30 forward gears and 15 reverse. kinda interesting.
looks like i may have about 3 folks interested. josh (the silver ranger from amicalola), a guy at work here with an early bronco, and another guy in an explorer.

jason,
yeah, that was a weird vehicle ... they broke an axle in the photos I took

let's see, that makes about seven vehicles possible for June 28th ... pretty good for six weeks in advance ... hopefully more will take an interest as time gets closer, and of course some will cancel, so itlooks like we will have a t least a handful of rigs to hit Tellico!!

firemedic,

what's the GSMTR?

sorry, I didn't hear an event was occuring last weekend, next time please announce it ahead of time so we can go see/participate

if there's a jeep event at Tellico June 28th it's no problemo ... it would be nice to see a bunch of other rigs on the trails that day, usually it's pretty barren
