left, straight, whatever. <img border="0" alt="[Nerd]" title="" src="graemlins/nerd.gif" />

imagine yourself at the very end of amicalola trail.. just before entering the clearing/parking lot/lunch stop. as you gaze up the hill to the left.. you notice a trail going straight up. that ain't it. as you look ahead and off to the left a little, following the hillside of the mountain and bending around it, you see a pretty good size road leading off into the distance. that's andy creek. you look just to the right of that.. basically perfectly straight ahead and see some little thin atv trail. keep looking. as your eyes continue to the right you notice another wider trail, yet somewhat overgrown and thinner than andy creek. you have just spotted the entrance to the "newbicon." if you continue to gaze to the right and happen your eyes upon the gravel road that leads down to pavement land, you have looked to far. at this point you should look back to the left just a little.

how's that? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

next time we go.. i'll lead you guys down it. it's real fun.

and the posted signs start just after the last river crossing. i've never done the trail in the opposite direction.. should be fun!

All right, now I'm confused... <img border="0" alt="[Alien]" title="" src="graemlins/alien.gif" />

I thought you said the Newbicon was no more, but now you are talking about going down it and back? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="images/icons/tongue.gif" />

Just wondering... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> But hey, I would go with you the next time I'm up there if it's open... and fun!

good call.. i didn't catch that in my posted quote earlier! (i pulled that info from another site) apparently newbicon is private property also. guess that means we won't be doing it anytime soon! oh well.

but i was talking about going back up anderson creek since the old exits are no more.
