For the record. My wife is an Account Executive for Sysco Food Services of VA. And can get anything you want for 1 penny over cost. It would be a chore for me to bring some really large boxes of something that needs to be kept at a cool temperature. But not impossible. Let me know what you all think.

He's tellin the truth. His wife could get them really cheap! Anything you want, even long slabs of ribeye steak. My family's restaurant orders from US Food Service and SYSCO.

Also, not sure yet if i'm coming or not, but if i was coming earlier, i could bring some pots, pans and tongs from the restaurant. There is also SAMS club if someone wants to prepay for the food???

Also, I cant speak for everyone, but I'm sure some people would want to keep it cheap. Maybe burgers and hot dogs, or even get Chicken breasts from SYSCO by the case would come up cheap.... I think less than $.30 a piece for a 6- 8oz breast (give or take a few cents)

Just my $.02 <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />

later,
Angelo

There are more easy ways to do chiken breasts than anything.
With alittle forthought you could actually cover lot's
of different areas of the world with chikenbreast's.....
Mexican,southwestern,carribean,southern,oriental.......
and I'm sure greek and lot's of others............
a simple fried rice (a few different flavors?),and a veggy or two..............everyone could try out a different
taste..........maybe use chiken tenderloins so everyone can try several different recipes.............
Oh and I'm not voluntering <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'm just voicing an opinion for the folks that are afraid of voicing an opinion... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

HUH? well we got that site for until 2 that day (saturday), so we might just move our junk to another site for a while and then leave when we get back from the day run. That is assuming that we get out at like 8 or 9 that day and ride until say 2ish, 3ish? Itll work out. No worries...

Holding the site for a few more hours after two shouldn't be a problem. If you know the host. You maybe could even get it for another night. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

If space is the problem, I could probably help you out with the transport. If keeping it cool is the problem...I dunno.

I'm down for some Smiley's mouth watering Nafta steaks, they're worth it.
