Itz kool bro. Have a safe trip and i'll see u then.

Anyway, i guess i should tell everyone that wasn;t there what happened.

We were on the trails sat night and a group of sammies pulled over to let us by. Well, APPEARENTLY i "smashed into" one of them. I did not know this until i get a call on the CB to come back to where we passed them. There is a lil streak on one of them and they are saying that hit it with my bumper. To borrow a phrase from janet "I'm pretty good with geymotry and there is no way in hell that your bumper could have hit that high on his truck". So anyway we talked and i asked what we should do and he kept going on and on about how he had worked so hard on it and stuff. So doug tells hime that we have a spares zuk bodie for him and as soon as they started talking zuks he was like "well, we won;t hold u up anymore just be more careful." So i think we are all good. Well, he goes and talkes to Janet and tells her i didn;t stop and wants to make a big deal about it. And then Jordan hears him. I sware some peple are just s!

I have just sent an e-mail to R/T, the co-founder of `Zuwharrie.com, in the hope of enlisting his help in resolving this matter, once-and-for-all...

I respectfully ask that everyone please restrain themselves, and refrain from any further mention of the incident until after I have heard back from him.

If antagonized, this situation could quite easily (and needlessly!) create bad blood between our two groups... and I'm quite sure that none of us want that to happen.

Thank you!

Finally got time to post the few pics that came out from the trip. Half are from my new camera. The closeups of the tape measure didn't really come out well. It is what it is.

Enjoy

Seriously thought about driving down there on thursday, but I didn't want to embarass anybody by showing them up with my 2wd, so I let er rest at home.

So Mr Darlington's rodeo is now missing the fangs eh? And spring over. Flex much?

Nice pic's guys.

Mike the trail carnage was very mild this year
Pete exploded an outer C/V on Daniel (I think )
He had the drivers front about a foot off the ground and the tire came back to Terra-firma at 'bout 5 grand
and well the rest is pieces........ugh.......history

Really though after Rob tugged him up to the top,Pete was able to finish the rest of the ride in 2wd.He did an excellent job driving.....

Joe D. was happy with the Rodeo, there are a few finishing touches he is going to work on,and it flexes enough to make Joe D. grin a time or three

I'll get some pics up when I find my cable for downloading.

Looks like yall had alot of fun . How were the trails out there. Usually as I look through pictures from Uwharrie, I can usually tell which trail it was from, but it looked so messed up, I had no clue. Did the trails change much from all the rain? I missed out, I just had tooooo much to do here in Charlotte and didnt even have my truck ready anyways

I was checkin out some of the pics. I noticed yall took a pic of my friends Jeep Cherokee on 44's. Didnt even know he was going out there. Oh well. Great pics guys. I'll eventually make it out there. I havent wheeled anything since May and i'm long over due

later,
Angelo

Yes the trails had changed considereably with all of the rain most of them were a lot more rock covered than before.

Yeah it was a good thing your buddy was out with all of the Jeepers, he ended up welding a leaf spring for a fellow jeep.

The quote of the weekend was uttered by the broken jeep to his wife when asked if the repairs were finished. "Yeah we're just waiting on the weld to dry"

He told her he was kidding after she asked how long that would take.
