It looks like you guys might have SOME COMPANY out there this weekend...

It probably wouldn't hurt to pass along a brief 'Howdy' before you all meet-up with one another on the trails.

BTW - John, there's one guy on that forum with a Cherokee...
His avatar says "Just Empty Every Pocket"

Have fun - and be sure to take lots of photos!

Cheers!

According to weather.com Attica is supposed to be a frozen mudhole on Saturday. The last time I got stuck in the mud it took three car washes to get it all off. I can only imagine how much fun it will be to try and remove caked-on mud when it's <20 degrees outside

Is anyone coming down from the Chicagoland area? If anyone would like to meet at the I-65 and U.S. 30 exit let me know.

Its going to be a cold, nasty day..... no doubt about that. No prob though, I will be sporting the Carharts and rubber knee boots to stay warm/dry (and pay a little homage to my roots ) I would suggest everyone dressing appropriately for the off-chance they have to do some repairs in the frigid cold. There's a time to be fashion trendy; and on the trail in single-digit temps isn't it

hahahaha.... you mean stills and strapless dress for me are out of the question??? bummer... LMAO!!!!

kegard, I'll be going down there from Chicago, but taking route 41 straight to Attica. It's a better way for me. I65 would make me take a slight detour and I really want to avoid road works as much as possible.

Now, off to the shop to get new break pads

OK, this is a dumb question. I'm in the central time zone in northwest indiana, but Attica is in the wierd Indiana time zone, right? So if it is 9:00am in Central, what time is it in Attica?

Nope, Attica is on the same time as the majority of the state. 9 o'clock central would be 10 o'clock in Attica (eastern). Just the Gary area and some extreme southern parts of the state are on different time zones:

So Attica is one hour ahead of you.............. but Valpo is the one in the 'wierd' time zone

Hey guys, I won't be able to make it due to financial constraints. I believe that NathanC is out for the same reason. It hurts bein' poor.

Hope you guys have fun and hopefully we'll have another opportunity to meet up on the trails in the future.
