Just talked to the wife and she's up for it. Now we have to work out the logistics for getting the two of us, two kids, and a weekend worth of camping gear from Dover, Delaware to Rockingham, N.C. in my truck. I guess we will have to bring the van too.

Anyway, put us down for being there. Just have to make sure the grandparents schedules are clear that weekend, but shouldn't be a problem.

BTW, our 10th anniversary is that weekend (Apr 16). How sweet is that, I get to spend my anniversary in the woods instead of on some overpriced Cruise Ship. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Cool! - This will be at least the SECOND time that a couple has spent their anniversary with us in Uwharrie!

So what's the camping situation? Does everyone have to reserve their own spot or is it shared camping? More info on this please.

OKà Generally I would tell you all about the shared camping that often takes place, where we typically reserve somewhere between 5 and 10 sites among us, and then go from thereà HOWEVERà

IÆd really hate for you to miss-out on the Friday Night-Runà But to insure the maximum bang-for-the-buck, IÆll probably get the pass dated for Saturdayà That way, youÆll be covered from midnight on. --- Besides, knowing us, we wonÆt even be lining-up at the trail-head before about 10:30 or 11 PM anyway, right? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />
