Good job Roy <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Some rain would be fun this trip. Just not that much <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

FYI, The rain really changes things. Last spring, the "easy rider" run up rocky mount in the rain was a bit more challenging than expected. My 33" swampers needed a bit of winch work to make it up the trail. Tad's front and rear lockers barely got him up. Tad2 made it up, but went over the side of the hill and had to be winched out. David and I got some trail scars on drivers doors. Also, I spent a littel bit of time on 2 wheels. Luckliy, gravity gave me a break and I came down upright. Of course, Roy and his taco on 29"s made it fine!!

I wish it were so. I almost made it up that sticky hill. That is where my first trail damage came from. I royally chewed up my rocker and scratched up my door or that dirt berm. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" /> I didn't know that dirt was that hard? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> I did have to get strapped up that hill by Tad2. But the rest of the trail was good thanks to some good spotting by Tad and you and the rest of the gang.

If I would have had a locker in the back, I think I might have made it due to the fact that my truck is pretty light.

Oh yeah, right after that hill, it started pouring rain. That is when I got nervous - my first big trail, stock truck and unfamiliar territory.

Fun stuff! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Can't wait for more. Starting to have withdrawals. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" />

Sorry, I didn't realize the berm got you too. We really were trying to lead an easy run! The rain just changed outlook. Pus I think the national guard dropped a "daisy cutter" on the main obstance. I never have seen it in such rough condition.

It's cool.
Body damage adds character. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />
With the rain and me being a noob, that trail was definitely an eye-opener. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />

Next time if it rains, I might try it once. If I make it cool, if not, I am taking a strap. No more rocker salad for me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

Any fourwheeling trip you and your truck drive away from was a good trip.

This was pretty cool.
I have a drafting class first period. We have computers in there with lots of good stuff on them. (including CADKEY. Cant wait to get my hands on that) as well as a dvd player. I brought in the DVD of last Uwharrie (courtesy of pete) in to show one of the guys in there that Isuzus could really wheel. We started watching and attracted more and more attention. By the end of the class, all of the guys in the class were gawking at the computer screen. Among the best quotes was "Man, those Isuzu's are bada$$!" and "Those things can really wheel!" I think the thing that attracted the most attention was robby's rodeo going through a big red mud pit. (around where i live, thats all the wheelers are interested in is mud) They really liked all of the trucks, and just couldnt believe that Isuzu's could actually wheel and look good doing it!
This certainly brightened my day!
