...and those damn defective body mounts that came from the factory (they are 3" too short) I wonder when they're gonna start fixing that from the factory Also (since we're on the topic) I'd like to get my winch problem fixed. Not sure if it's the winch or the underpowering it w/ my electrical system--which I'm no expert at

lol..
Theres a general store (sells sandwiches), and a small diner that Donnie works at that the 10 of us would barely fit in. (Donnie is probably coming if he's not working). Other'n that, theres lotsa deer and turkey.
k, back to going nowhere.

we could make a fire on the top, and people could brin stuff to cook over it (hotdogs, hamburgers, etc.). itll be tight, but we could go to a local bar called harlows (mmmmmmm, turkey bacon melt) Harlow's Pub

Food wise I am down for anything...as long as its reasonably cheap....
Does anyone have a nice big grill? I think that would make things nice and easy...
Anyway, as far as food, whateer everyone works out, I am down for.... just need to make sure I am back in time to enjoy the fun.
OT, I got boned out of shoreduty..again....damn critical jobs....

ok for food dont worry about mcdonalds, or BK, or wendys, THe closest one is about an hour from this trail. There are local spots. The dinner mentions, harlows, back ali's(20ish minutes away), and of course, a fire pit at the top. It would probably be wise to bring some food and well eat up at the top. I would rather just grill up some burgers or something than go to a pub. oh if wanted we can probably get that fire strong enoug hto cook a whole cow. wether or not it will be safe ot eat is another thing.

When we go out on big-group trips someone usually brings the grilling stuff and everyone brings along some weinos and burgo and w/e else. If the "grill" ends up being from my house, I bring along 4 cinder blocks, the grate out of the grill on my porch, and some blocked wood. And some aluminum foil too.
I heart the grill.

no passes. THe only thing you need is a registered vehicle as the main trail is a class 6 road...which means it requires a modified vehicle or one good drive to navigate. If needed I can probably bring some sort of grill. I think I have at least a couple small ones(use briquettes) or just the cinderbloack and grill idea. we can make it over night, the top of the mountain is one awsome place to be at night as you can see probably all the way to springfield mass on a clear day/night. or we can make it just a one day thing.
