Ok heres the scoop. Greenfield is not open until the 13th, and will not allow anyone to stay there, (staff, liability issues) The very friendly lady I spoke with suggested Monagnock, sinc eits open all year long, except no pets. Now I have no idea what the distance is or anything, but its an option for anyone out there. Appears I will be sleeping in the Cramped Migo, but I've slept in worse places.

Now Chase I KNOW you can pop the rear seat out of the Trooper and easily accomadate you and your wife, even with all the movement that will be happening. Just make sure your shocks dont squeak

monadnock is a little bit away. its about 20 minutes from downtown peterborough. The state park im not too sure about though. it could easily add 30 minutes onto the trip if you stay there.

Im planning on dog and burgers etc at the top. Nothing like real food during the trip. but I guess we should kind play that by ear for now as we might expierence inclement weather or we might not. Either way Im up for eating at the top.

Snow in May? I think not. If you meant rain, gas makes for good fires... Although you do taste it in the food.

I vote for up top, and I call being in charge of fire

Well If weather ends up being an issue I'll just bring a couple of poles and a tarp and hang it off the back of the Migo. and I'll see if my coleman stove is around here or up at my camp, and I'll bring that.
