I actually own a car audio shop, but we pretty much do anything. This was our first lambo door kit, but we will gladly do it again. It came out mint, and was profitable. With the addition of 2 H1's and a G wagon to our company cars, we are also getting into truck parts. Wheels, tires, lifts, etc. We lifted our first wrangler this summer. 4" lift with 33" MT baja claws on it. So if any of you guys need stuff, let us know!

No, but I could build you one. I'm building a 1.8T for my 92 GTI right now. I don't imagine a 22r is that hard to build. What exactly happened to your motor? Is it worth rebuilding? You could do rings, bearings and seals pretty cheap I'd imagine. What's the head like on those motors? DOHC? How many valves? Are there cams available to get you some more torque?

Dont let him fool you, he doesn't have the money to pay for it If you lived closer I wouldn't mind giving you a hand.

lol, thanks guys but I was just kidding. I have mebe 1/2mi left on my engine... bad rod or wristpin knock. Once I park it in its final position I'll pin it and see how big of a hole I can get

I have a spare engine that is fine to throw in as is, but I want to get some more power out of it. I will probably borrow some money from my dad and go all out. bore .030, o/s pistons, rings, bearings, o/s valves, titanuim valve springs, timing chain, and intermediate cam. I have all of about $113.32. That should get me some new pistons and rings

I think I'm gonna pull both motors this weekend. Let ya know how it goes.

Well either way... its coming out of the truck.. I'll be sure to show you the >.040" scores in the cyl walls from when my air filter fell out in a mud/sand pit and the non-existent piston rings and the burned valves... did I mention the out of balance crank? This motor is beyond rebuild.

Doesn't sound like that motor has had a fun life! Anyone with a working truck want to do that trail on sat. I now have my spare, so I'm ready. All my projects are done too. And anyone that wants to should come to our show on sunday. It's a S.L.A.P show. Sound, looks, and performance. Should be pretty cool. I wouldnt mind having my truck all covered in mud for the event either!
