The events have been pretty laid-back - lotsa good fun and laughs during the evenings, we have a tremendous group of folks who show up. Camping with us is a must. The Russians and Ace alone are worth hanging around, then add a couple dozen other great people.........

As for wheeling, we run easy, moderate, and difficult groups. Your vehicle needs to have the basics - tow hooks or recovery points front and rear, in good running order, check it out before we get on the trails, and carry spares if you're running the harder stuff. We tacitly discourage bone-stock vehicles - so if you have running boards, pull them off; bling rims and low-profile tires are a no-no. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" /> We get a nice, almost even mix of vehicles and experience levels.

Everyone who drives a Toyota w/ 4Lo is welcome and encouraged to attend, regardless of experience.

The event started basically as a big party in the woods in the Geo Washington Nat'l Forest in Va. The trails there are mostly mild, but the evenings were a riot. We decided to move it to PA b/c Geo Washington didn't have enough trails for the amount of people, and not any challenging enough for some of the folks. So this year, while still in PA and with a fee (albeit less than Paragon the last 2 yrs), we are going back to the minimalist thing - camp onsite, have a great time, do some fun wheeling.
