This is Lynn from RC. I just got caught up on the thread about the upcoming ride. Most of the questions about camping appear to have been answered. There is another group scheduled for Thursday, so the gate will be open. Just a few things to know.

For those arriving Thursday, stop by the office and sign the group waiver form. That will be in the toolbox on the left side of the building. Any new or renewing memberships can be taken care of Friday morning. I'm not sure when I'm getting up there myself, either Thursday night or bright and early Friday morning and I'll have the office open from 8 to 10 that morning for your group to check-in. Same thing for Friday afternoon/evening arrivals, if no one's around the office, sign the group waiver form (Friday it will be on the front porch) and then take care of your membership when you check-in in the morning to go out on your rides.

Anyone arriving in the afternoon to set up camp, please don't go wheeling unless you've made arrangements with the office to do so.

Down at the camping area, there is an area for tow rigs and trailers, RV's, truck campers, etc. Please don't drive those past the first pole (the one with all the camping rules on, which I ask that you all please read!).

We're working on cutting in some more tent sites down below the main tent area. Not sure how far along that project will be in two weeks. But there's a few of you who've camped before on the property, and I'm sure you all can figure it out when you get there where to set up camp. If you want to tent camp but have a tow rig and trailer, if you get there early enough you can park close to the tent area, otherwise you have to pack your gear up and drive your trail rig into the tent area.

Sorry for rambling on. Glad to have you all visit the park. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> Any questions let me know. I'll check back between now and then.
