Ok, so I have never camped there, I have always just been on day runs through there. How far ahead do we need to call to reserve our spot and is there certain numbers we should try to get. I'm gonna have me and one passenger as of now so I can split a site with someone to save some $$$.

Thanks for trying Doug . I guess you're saying we can go ahead and get a site at the campground listed in the first post?

Scooter, I'll split a site with you. It'll be me and a passenger as well.

This trip is getting close . Time to get to work

Hey Smiley, just incase you are keeping track of the list, I just talked to a friend of mine and he will be coming with me in a dodge dakota with one passenger. So we can add another truck to the list and there will only be two of them if anyone is looking to split another camp site. What I am planning on doing is reserving a site for me n Andre and our passengers, and also reserving a site for them so if anyone wants to share just let me know and I'll just do it for you when I call. I am planning on getting two sites side by side hopefully....

Good on ya man!

Since it dosen't seem like anyone has any first hand experience with this particular campground, I don't think there are any "prefered" sites like Uwharrie. We just need to start somewhere, and reserve outward. We're only a couple of weeks away, so I say we need to start getting sites, unless someone has a better idea.

It is Doug (Bansil)'s back yard, so I'd like to hear from him....

I'll split a site. Are we camping in Callalantee or Crackers Neck?
