Well, the jeep population seems to be declining. Bills remanufactured engine turns out to have a warped head. That kinda sucked up his uwharrie fund. Dans tow vehicle isn't running right. We're having trouble setting the timing. Got a little frustrated after a fireball came out of the intake and blew up in our faces He's having fundage issues as well.

Chris, mind if I get in on that campsite? We can sit around the fire and make fun of all those guys who don't have 5.38s and 35" tires

It sounds like maybe this time BillÆs rental ought to be a 4x4 with a tow package.

Seriously, I hope you guys can exorcise all of the demons in-time!
(IÆve got a few of my own I need to address.)

Go to a dealer that has 3/4 or 1 ton truck on the lot used or new and tell them you are interested in buying but you want to see how it will pull your trailer up the mountains...you might be pleasantly surprised that this might work.

It better work You all will know when you get down to Uwharrie

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Well, it looks like things aren't going to work out too hot for me getting down there this time. It seems I'll be in NC just about every other weekend EXCEPT this one. I've still got #40 Reserved, and wouldn't mind donating it to the 'Zu cause if it'll get used. It'll at least make me feel a little better about having to bail out if I know I'm at least helping out.

I'll pay you for it. NickA and I can share it. We'll have saved it for a Zu and paid you for your investment.

Be careful with that one!

Back in '97 when my dad was interested in a '97 F-350 leftover, he did the same thing. We ended up taking a family trip out to Michigan and back, for a week.

We came back, they had already sold his old truck ('87 Dakota 4x4).

talked with my suzuki friend this morning at church. he was down there this weekend for zuwharrie. said trails were really difficult because of all the rain. zero suzukis made it up dutch john. lockers, tires, nor anything else made a difference. daniel was the same as last spring with the big ledge, but some made it up and then winched the others up.

if i get to go down for a few hours in the next week or so, i'll let y'all know the updated trail conditions.

i'm usually the one that prays for rain when we go to uwharrie. this time i'll be praying for clear skies. see y'all in a couple of weeks.
