What time is the all day Saturday trail ride going to start? I don't know if I am going to be able to spend the night, but there is a possibility that I may come up for the day. We shall see.......

Hey marc,
I dont know what time we are planning to leave. It may be real early morning, or it might be about mid day. Just depends. Ill let you know before hand. But if we leave early in the morning, we can probably do that. It will be slow for us to, as we are towing the troop with the pickup.

Oh, and i might have my hands on a CB (thanks again Van!) so, is anyone up to (helping to)set one up before the trailride on saturday?

Body Damage is Cool
I've been gone on a one-week backpacking trip (trying to complete the Appalachian Trail in Virginia) and I just got back. Unfortunately, my transfer case is still in pieces. We have had lots of issues installing the tera-low gears (wrong shift rail sent by Tera, Isuzu sent the wrong the output shaft nut due to slight mid-year changes in the t-case, etc., etc.). I don't know if it will get done on time. I have to work tonight and most of tomorrow. If I don't check in by late Thursday night, my campsite is open to anyone. I will let Smiley decide who gets it. It's site 40. I'm sorry.

Pete,

IÆm going to remain optimistic that youÆll still make it somehow

If, however, you should notà
I thank you very much for entrusting in me the responsibility of reassigning your campsite û but I already know who should get ità thatÆs an easy one!

Given #40Æs close proximity to the bathhouse, it should unquestionably go to whoever has the smallest bladder!

Best of luck with that T-case!

The Latest News from WV:

* JoeÆs Passport is loaded for bear! --- HeÆs carrying more stuff than *I* ever have (if that gives anyone an idea of the gravity of what IÆm saying ).

* RuboÆs Passport got a new header-back exhaust system, a sturdier rear dif cover & fluid change, and a CB antenna.

* Much to my surprise, it looks like my Rodeo is gonna make it after allà thanks to a much-needed front wheel bearing preload tweak - The handling still isnÆt exactly what I'd call 100%, but it IS substantially more roadworthy now.

* My friend Lee, the current owner of The Mule (who I think will soon be registering under the screen name æ4x4MuleÆ), has just had a last-minute opening occur in his scheduleà He's got a couple of things to take care of in the morning, but said that if we would push-back our departure time until 11AM, he will follow us down there.

So, is it just me, or is everyone ready for some 4-Low Therapy?

(I might post-up again in the morning - but if not, I'll see y'all there soon! )

I'm packed and out the door. I've got one quick stop to make, and I should hit Arrowhead between 9 & 10 tonight.

See you soon,
