My wife was going to come this time but her sister moved the day that she is going in to have her baby from Monday after the trip to the Friday before. Since my wife is a labor&delivery nurse at the hospital that her sister will be at, she is going to be there for the whole thing. No Uwharrie for her. I am still deciding whether or not to go myself. I somewhat want to be there for her sister, but at the same time....I don't know. The thing is, I have already reserved a campsite and I hear that it is a pain in the butt to get your money back.
That said, don't move my name yet. I will let you know.
I still have to get my header welded up, darn thing cracked around the o2 sensor bung. Still trying to figure that one out.

Anyone bringing the wife/girlfriend or kids? (I have a 4 month old). If mine were to come, she'd have to stay at the campground with our little boy. I'm trying to bring my wife this trip. She's long overdue for her first trail ride. This is a very family friendly event. Bigpappax2's son Joey (6 I think ) is a regular attendee. The more the merrier Andre

More Replies:Looks like if I go, #12 would be the one for me-water might be close enough to fill the tank with a hose! Bad news û there are no threads on the spigots to accommodate hosesà The way that it was explained to meà If a direct hook-up were allowed, there is a concern that a reverse-flow siphoning effect might take place and contaminate the water supply. ...The thing is, I have already reserved a campsite and I hear that it is a pain in the butt to get your money back. Roy - Naturally we'd all like you to make it, but if you can't, you could always take one for the team and let us keep that campsite in the family - I'm sure I could figure some way of returning the favor next time around BTW - What number is yours again? (I'm too lazy to read through all of the posts) Either way, I wish your sister-in-law the very best with her delivery I still have to get my header welded up, darn thing cracked around the o2 sensor bung. Still trying to figure that one out. Smiley, I'll plan on bringing both for now. If anything changes, I'll let ya know. Also, fyi the Coleman I bought is a grill not a gridle or stove (can't use any pots/pans on it ). Leland

I got site 44 Thurs-Sun.
As far as the header. I just started leaking maybe a month ago. I have no idea if it was from previous wheeling. There are no marks on it from rocks.
Good thing it is the 4cyl. It is pretty easy to take off.

Looks like if I go, #12 would be the one for me-water might be close enough to fill the tank with a hose!. Let me discuss it with the wife this weekend.
Anyone bringing the wife/girlfriend or kids? (I have a 4 month old). If mine were to come, she'd have to stay at the campground with our little boy. I am still in. I will be there on Thursday with a friend for sure.
Still got to fix my header. I also want to change my front lift to a little something more flexy and soft. Maybe some swaybar discos. Things to do!
