Getting the Wheeling Fever
I would love to have some of the Seafood food boil but my stomach's not what it used to be so that leaves me to choose the alternate fare... whatever that may be.

well first off.. Joe that Amigo is Friggin Sweet!!

Secondly.. i would like to ask a favor of anyone going to Uwharrie from the north.

I have a set of snowflakes with tires on them, that Joe Darlington would like to have. We have worked out everything, except the whole getting them to him thing.

So Does anyone have room for 4 wheels with some bald 31s on them?

I live right off of I-95 just south of DC..

I cannot make it to Uwharrie(as Usual because of work) so i cant take these myself.

Please let me know if anyone is able to do so...

Thank you

And you kids have a great time with your Crawfish eating and such hahaha(jealous)

Peace

Joel

I've changed the color scheme on the campground map in the hope of making it a little bit more printer-friendly, just in case anyone wants to bring a copy with them.

ItÆs looking like our veteran Iron Chef might be on the horns of a dilemmaà

If there arenÆt enough people interested in having a Mud Bug Feast, then thereÆs really not much point in preparing one, right? --- At the moment, I canÆt say whether or not thatÆs officially whatÆs on the menu.

Not to worry though û one way or another, weÆll think of something tastyà
We might even still do a Boil (just perhaps minus those little critters )

Joe û That Amigo is [b]SICK!

Joel ûMaybe you could PM Tad and see if he has any room in his Trooper for those wheels.

Roll Me Over
Well I am all ready minus a front differential. I'll be driving to Uwharrie without my front end, well the front housing will be on the trailer.

I'll get to do some Thursday night wrenching and put the whole front end together and run my airline for the ARB. Nothing like some last minute plans. I'm sure I'll have some help, Tad offered and Andre said since I've aided him a few times he'd gladly return the favor.

I'm still winchless, but I'm broke. Lockers tend to make the wallet a lot lighter.

I like everything mentioned in the boil, but someone else can have my and Joeys share of the mudbugs as well.

I'll take the winch...been meaning to give those HF winches a try. Supposedly very similar to the Mile Marker? I'll take it either way. How much are you lookin for the 35? tread condition?

I'll bring the winch. As far as I can tell it looks identical to the Mile Marker one.

The 35 is free. It has around a 1/4" of tread left. It would be good for a spare. I just wanted someone to who would get some use out of it to have it rather than letting the tire shop resell them. I was running it until last October. I cut a sidewall and decided to replace all 4 with my 100 mile daily commute.

Joe, that is a sweet Amigo. I remember it from my first trip to Uwharrie many years ago.

Rusty, let me know as soon as you can if you're going to be able to make it or not. I'll leave your tire at my house if you're not gonna make it. I should be up your way in a couple of weeks though to deliver if needed.

I can't take any credit for the Amigo other than it has quite a few "Vintage DOR" parts on it. Jake deserves all the credit, he did a really nice job fixin' the Amigo up. I just happen to be at the right place at the right time and purchased it from him. ("Body by Jake", so to speak)Good job Jake!

Smiley, I am bringing the '02 Rodeo, SAS Rodeo, and the Amigo
