Well, I was hoping to make this one work, but I have to be in Raleigh June 16 & 17 for a conference. And my youngest son has his first birthday party on June 18. Maybe I can work out something for the August Callalantee trip.

30 days, huh

I might be done by then. Tad came down this weekend and spent a few hours helping me out with the trans removal. It went along pretty well. I never realized how nice it is to have a second set of hands since I always work alone. We got everything taken off, and the trans is down to 6 bellhousing bolts. I need to get some longer socket extensions and a new universal socket . The t-case is cleaned and painted and waiting on re-assembly. Just waiting on the UPS man for a few things

I think I should be rolling, I just hope I can get skid plates done as well.

Here's hoping

Andre

Unfortunately, you can go ahead and count me out

I just got off the phone with the vendor I ordered my Dana 300 gears from. They are back ordered, and I'm looking at 3 weeks. That's cutting it pretty close to departure time .

Doug, I'm really gonna TRY to make it - but it will all depend on TWO things...

(1) That IÆve finished installing my 'new' axle by then (I should), and
(2) that Miss Kathy signs my permission slip

Spent the morning at Callentee.

I need a headcount, is you coming?????

Once again Saturday's meal will be brought to by Team Turtle... the menu is:

Smok'd BBQ Pork
Warm Tater Salad (it's a southern thing,which the northern' folk loved last year!)
and a very meaty set of beans [..insert thumbs up..]

evryone enjoyed last years meal.

I need a headcount for different reasons.

First is:

To feed everybody I need to know ????? how many (duh!!!)

Team Turtle will never let anyone starve,we can get creative and feed everyone ......within reason.

Post up. I need to buy the pork and smoke it the week before the event...

Second:

To make sure we get the Discount Camping and Discount Trail Passes, I need accurate attendance numbers

So post up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

~~~~~~~
Saturday's dinner will be $5 per person(and yes we have free yungins'..lolo) so we can accomidate(?)...scratches head on last word but,you know what I mean.
Camping will be $20 for Thur-sunday per vehicle based on 10 vehicles.
Any extra money collected will go to the Johnson Co. EMS.
I will post a check stub if folks wanna see.
Trails will be $10 a day,talk with me or Team Turtle before paying anything,by that I mean anything.
Scott and Minnie run the place. Just tell them you're with me and I'll settle with them.
Trails are open 24/7, period.............bring a GPS if you have one.
come one, come all..................
blahhhgggg blaghhh end post.
I need some numbers ............oH!!!!!!!!!!!! AND POST TO FOLLOW.
