there is no way a lifted Rodeo can make Fordyce or Rubicon without major modifications (SAS, both axles locked, 35+ tires etc). This is why I suggested a middle-level run for lifted IFS Isuzus.

With careful spotting, parts of Rubicon are possible. I think going in from Loon, and going out through Wentworth or McKinstry Lake would be do-able.

FWIW, I ran Rubicon for the first time with 33" tires, IFS, and no lockers, though I did have rocker-panel armor. I beat the heck out of the bottoms of my rear corners, and would definitely advise armor for there. Stee (lttlbddy) has run Rubicon with IFS, 33s, and a rear locker, as well, and if you want to go WAYYYYYyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back, one of the print rags took two stock Isuzus through back in 1990. The trail has changed some since 1990, tho.

If we wind up with some smaller rigs, I think we could play together for at least a day on Rubicon -- Fordyce and Barret are less friendly to folks separating in groups part way through. There are some other great Sierra trails that I could recommend, if two runs coalesce, and I'd be willing to pre-run them with a trail leader, if that helps.
