Getting the Wheeling Fever
[quote
On a much more serious note...
I've been fielding a few PMs inquiring about the ReCALLA MENU...

So far, hereÆs what I know:

Thursday Night
-- Iron Chef Anubis will prepare a Signature (top secret-)Marinated Mahi-Mahi.
-- Iron Chef Smiley will assist, and contribute an aromatic Basmati Rice Pilaf.

Friday Night
-- Iron Chef Starchild will prepare a Tex-Mexican Feast, consisting of Tacos, Burritos, etc.
-- Iron Chef Smiley will assist, and add heat w/ Habas y Arroz Rojos Llameantes con Cerdo de Carnes Asadas

Saturday Night
>> UNKNOWN << [color:"red"] How about a Thai style (coconut milk/nutty/spicy as you dare)noodle dish? I felt bad for partaking of the venison at Uhwarrie last time without having anything to contribute and I think it's time to pay it back Not that you're likely to see this since you've already left (and I'm still stuck at work for another ~5 hrs. )[/color]

If anyone would like to join the ranks if the (æinfamousÆ & æworld-renownedÆ ) Isuzu Iron Chefs, hereÆs your chance

I just found out that my trailer brake controler and the replacement part for my hitch is stuck in Atlanta, and won't be here till tomorrow This friggin' sucks! I was hoping for an early Thursday afternoon arrival, but it looks more like late Thursday night.

As if today wasn't going slow enough

For those of you who are still stuck at home, I just spoke to Bansil, and he wanted me to let you know that he and Smiley arrived safely at Jack's place, and have completed the renovations to Smiley's Rodeo. They'll be crashing there tonight, and heading to Callalantee in the morning. Doug verifed that Callalantee is open, and our campsites reserved.
