Yeah its definately one run a day. Its also more organized than what we are used to. The park opens at 9 or 10, and everyone has to go through a quick tech inspection. Then you go out in groups. IIRC, each group must have either a paragon trail guide, or a member who has watched their safety video/class. You eat lunch on the trail, and if you are not out when the park closes, they start fining you by the hour.

There's another park near Paragon called Rausch creek, haven't heard the details about it though.
