Well i can confirm the winter package is the "sport type" the fsm mentions on the fullsize Monteros. Just pulled the coils and torsions out of a 99 winter package. Torsion diameter was read with digital calipers and was as fsm indicates for the "sport type"... And coils had the light blue pain blob on them.

Now to confirm if its avail on any others.
