It is all about the "message" and the delivery of the message. The others in the GOP field had valid points but failed to deliver those points to the satisfaction of the electorate. And, the electorate has pushed back with their message that the political establishment still does not understand.

It is time for REAL change. Obama came in on "hope and change". He provided neither. His legacy is corruption and division. The electorate wants adherence to the rule of law, fair justice for all and personal responsibility. Those are counter to the desires of the political establishment.

Trump is the only candidate to acknowledge what the electorate desires and maintain the courage of conviction to stand up to the establishment. He threatens their grasp on power.

IMHO, without Trump, "just another corrupt Clinton" would be president along with a GOP House and Senate. Checkmate - four more years of gridlocked politics. Trump upset the agenda. Now, anything goes and the worst fears of the political establishment may be realized. For historical reference, refer to Russia circa October 1917.
