The front defogger actuator not working. The blower is powerful. The lever moves left to right just fine. When lever moved all the way to the left, the air does not blow onto the front windsield. What are the disassembly steps/instructions to get to the parts attached to the actuator lever?

I searched but cannot find this subject in this forum. Thank you for your advice in advance.
