Just got off the phone with the machinist: They were able to "heat it and straighten it out" and finish the Valve Job and surface. Sounds like they saved it, of which I'm very happy. These heads are getting hard to find.

Off topic, but need an answer:
During the teardown, lot of the bolts which have Lock Washers pressed onto them have lost their "bend". I question their intended function now.

Anyone develop a way of bending the half while on the bolt?
