I had a similar struggle with my Wife's Toyota Corolla when changing timing belts, I pried with breaker bar,cheater bar on that,impact wrench,then remembered an old trick[last resort],in which a chisel is used to hit the outside diameter of the bolt to break it loose. This doesn't hurt anything,just leaves a divot.
