What's the general feeling about using a braided hydraulic line for the clutch? I am replacing the clutch master cylinder as it is leaking down under the clutch pedal and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the fitting off without breaking it. It's pretty well rusted. I've been spraying it with PB Blaster the past couple of days but haven't been able to get it loosened up. It's too close to the wiring harness to apply heat, and I've never had that much luck with heat on brake lines anyway. I'm thinking it might be easier to use a braided line instead of trying to track down an OEM one or get a generic one bent to match.
What's the best way to approach this?
Thanks,
Alex.
