Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hello. I had the best vehicle ever in a 1979 Chevy luv.
It was an Isuzu.

I just bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado. It is an Isuzu in my opinion/
Do y'all discuss these here or leave it strictly to the Chevy Forums.

Don't want to ruffle any feathers but this site has been a godsend to me over the years and would love to stay.

Thanks

KD

Hate to say it. Never have time and money together. The raiders all of them are available.
Parts or whatever you want.

personally, I am not a fan of the Isuzu. But, I have talked with a few owners that have been very happy with the vehicle. Don't know of specific issues.

Many of the Chevy Colorado/Tahoe series do have noted issues with front end where many consider them rather weak for off-road use.

Once Chevy had the S-10 going, I think the reliance on Isuzu was done. My first 4wd was a 79 LUV, then an 80 Mikado. Great for the purpose.

I can't think of anything Isuzu sourced in the Colorado though.

Isuzu sold the exact same modes as the Colorado and the Canyon completely badged as Isuzu.
