I'm pretty sure you could jack up each side of the body just enough to make it easier without disconnecting anything. Follow the method in the body-lift how-to: remove all the nuts, jack up one side with a 4x4 post along the rocker panel pinch seem and swap out al the mounts on that side. then switch to the other side. In your case only jack as necessary. I'm guessing no more than a half an inch.
