It's a Mitsubishi part. I found one at a dealer a few years ago but I didn't buy it. Instead I found snap rings with the same thickness and then grinded off the little loops where snapring pliars would go. It seems to be the same snap ring on the inner and outter ends so you can size it by just taking the one off the outter end behind the hub cover. I haven't noticed any problems with that solution.
