Hi All,
Shortly after I replaced the failed AC Temp Sensor, I got a new Check Engine Light. I was able to read the code to be 2 long sweeps and then 2 short ones which I believe is a #22 (Crank Angle Sensor)

What I have been observing is that when cold, the vehicle has been hard to start. It will crank over strong, but I seem to feather the gas a little to get the RPM's up as it sputters etc and then is fine the rest of the time I am driving it. Warm re-starts are not a problem. Only other issue is a slight miss/rough idle in gear only, not yet sure if they are related.

So I read through the MPI manual. For a cold engine, it mentions the fast-idling air valve, but I cannot seem to find this anywhere else in the manual. Section from manual is attached.
