There are no options for the 4-cyl Gen1, although many (perhaps most) of them came with limited slip rear differentials. That's pretty much it, to the best of my knowledge.

The V6 models used different differentials. I believe ARB makes air lockers for the front, and I understand the locking rear axle from the Gen2 or 2.5 models will swap in. Someone else will have to chime in on that, however, because I'm not sure about the details.
