Dieseling and rough idle with misfires sounds like a carb issue (fuel inlet valve needle, seat, seat seal? electric choke? anti-diesel solenoid?). Thread 429718 might be helpful :-)

In mitsubishilinks.com there is a manual called the Driveability Manual for the FBC System, it has additional steps and is more detailed the the FSM.
