I have a low mileage Dodge D50 where there was a whining coming from the engine. I removed the silent shaft belt and the whining was gone. The tensioner bearing is good. I suspect that one of the silent shaft bearings is bad. Does anyone have counsel as to replacing these bearings? It looks tough to me.

The engine still runs well but is noticeably rougher than before. Thanks for any help.
