i have one more question- does anyone have the drive shaft from a 3rd gen montero xls? im trying to put an xls transfer case in my montero limited because its cheaper than buying Mitsubishi switches, and my eBay transfer case switches dont seem to work for very long (I've bought 3 sets and found the best switches from each set, and it just stopped working again) or does anyone know if you can get the carbon fiber driveshaft rebuilt to be a little longer (like replace just the carbon with steel pipe; the ends are steel already) also if anyone has the transfer case shifter from a gen 3 xls, or knows how to make one, or knows how to convert electronic super select to manual shift super select.

or i could just cough up the $400 for a brand new xls driveshaft
