With this mod the upper ball joint and inner pivot retains it's relationship to the Lower joint, the lower arm pivot as well as tie rod will not change with just a ball joint flip and or spacers used between arm and joint If the camber at ride height is set back to what it was prior to the upper arm mod.
With the change of rideheight you may need to reset your toein.

What changes is the range of travel available, particularly in droop. During this area of motion the toe settings will vary more than original.

On many vehicles which the factory never hit an optimum toe curve with the original design, you will find a difference of toe when measured a short distance up or down from ride height. Most of the time this is not noticed after the changes of tire size and other aspects of related modification.
